Directions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet on medium high heat. Add garlic and shrimp and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Stir in entire jar of Seeds of Change® Jalfrezi Simmer Sauce.
  2. Add broccoli, sugar snap peas, red pepper, salt and pepper, and simmer for 4-5 minutes.
  3. Prepare Seeds of Change® Tigris Seven-Grain Medley according to directions on pouch and divide into 4 servings.
  4. Serve shrimp/vegetable mixture over rice.
